Bu politika, Fit Fork mobil uygulamasının ("Uygulama") hangi verileri işlediğini, neden işlediğini ve haklarınızı açıklar. 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) kapsamında aydınlatma metni niteliğindedir.

Kısaca: Uygulamayı hesap açmadan kullanabilirsiniz; bu durumda verileriniz yalnızca telefonunuzda kalır.
      Fiş fotoğrafları telefonunuzda okunur, hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez. Verilerinizi satmayız, reklam göstermeyiz.

Vücut ölçüleri ve beslenme tercihleri sağlıkla ilişkili veri sayılabilir. Bu verileri yalnızca sizin girdiğiniz amaç (kişisel menü) için, açık rızanıza dayanarak işleriz; dilediğiniz zaman profil ekranından silebilir veya boş bırakabilirsiniz.

3. İzinler

Kamera / Fotoğraflar: yalnızca "Fiş tara" seçtiğinizde, seçtiğiniz görsele erişilir.
Bildirimler: yalnızca öğün/su hatırlatıcılarını açarsanız; tüm bildirimler telefonda zamanlanır.
İnternet: hesap eşitleme ve çökme raporları için.

4. Paylaşım

Verilerinizi satmayız, reklam veya profilleme amacıyla kimseyle paylaşmayız. Yalnızca hizmeti sunmak için gerekli altyapı sağlayıcıları (Supabase, Google Firebase) verileri bizim adımıza işler. Bu sağlayıcıların sunucuları yurt dışında olabilir; aktarım, hizmetin sunulması amacıyla ve açık rızanıza dayanarak yapılır.

5. Saklama ve silme

Hesabınız yoksa: Profil > Ayarlar > Tüm verileri sıfırla ile her şey telefondan silinir. Uygulamayı kaldırmak da verileri siler.
Hesabınız varsa: Profil > Hesap > Hesabımı sil ile hesabınız ve sunucudaki tüm verileriniz kalıcı olarak silinir.
Çökme raporları en fazla 90 gün saklanır.

6. Haklarınız

KVKK md. 11 ve GDPR kapsamında verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi kısıtlama, itiraz etme, taşınabilirlik ve rızanızı geri alma haklarına sahipsiniz. Talepleriniz için obugrademir adresine yazabilirsiniz; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız.

7. Çocuklar

Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek bu yaştaki çocuklardan veri toplamaz.

8. Sağlık uyarısı

Fit Fork genel sağlıklı beslenme önerileri sunar; tıbbi tavsiye, teşhis veya tedavi değildir. Besin değerleri tahminidir. Özel sağlık durumlarınız için bir hekime veya diyetisyene danışın.

9. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncellersek yeni sürümü bu sayfada yayınlar, önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde duyururuz.

This policy explains what data the Fit Fork mobile app ("the App") processes, why, and what your rights are. It is written to meet the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

In short: you can use the App without an account; your data then stays on your phone only.
      Receipt photos are read on your phone and never uploaded. We don't sell your data and we don't show ads.

2. Data we process and why

Body measurements and dietary preferences may count as health-related data. We process them only for the purpose you enter them for (personal meal plans), based on your explicit consent; you can delete them or leave them empty at any time in your profile.

3. Permissions

Camera / Photos: only when you choose "Scan receipt", and only the image you pick.
Notifications: only if you turn on meal/water reminders; all reminders are scheduled on your phone.
Internet: for account sync and crash reports.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising or profiling. Only the infrastructure providers needed to run the service (Supabase, Google Firebase) process data on our behalf. Their servers may be located outside your country; transfers happen to provide the service and based on your consent.

5. Retention and deletion

Without an account: Profile > Settings > Reset all data deletes everything from your phone. Uninstalling the App does too.
With an account: Profile > Account > Delete my account permanently deletes your account and all your server data.
Crash reports are kept for up to 90 days.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to processing, data portability and to withdraw consent. Write to obugrademir; we reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

7. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.

8. Health notice

Fit Fork offers general healthy-eating ideas; it is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Nutrition values are estimates. Consult a doctor or dietitian for specific health needs.

9. Changes

If we update this policy, we will publish the new version on this page and announce significant changes in the App.
